    Wonderful evening meal in a really good restaurant. My wife commented to the waitress that the lamb was the best she'd ever tasted. She came back from the kitchen to say the chef had said "it's because it's Welsh lamb".
    My wife smiled and said no, it's because he's a really good chef. Says it all really.
